camping bay area kids
remote camping sites in CA?
i’m trying to get a bunch of friends together (about 10) to go camping for a weekend. i need a place that’s preferably private and won’t have kids and animals running everywhere, with a family 3 feet to our left. porta-potties would be nice. but no need for showers or mini marts lol. most importantly i want to find a place that we won’t get bored at (beach/lake, hiking…) we are spread out in California (bay area, central coast, and central cali) so preferably in that general area. thanks a lot!
Are the Sierra Foothills too far? How about north of Pt Reyes? From my experience, the areas you described, unfortunately for you, are amongst the most crowded for camping in NorCal.
